Digital Marketing

The position is open in a digital marketing company from the USA.

Requirements are the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.
  • Experience establishing, documenting, and optimizing processes.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including persuasive writing.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; comfortable leading client-facing calls and presentations as needed.
  • Experience in creating and managing project plans and meeting deadlines; ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional ability to track tasks, ensure accuracy, and follow up on outstanding items until completion.
  • Ability to juggle multiple initiatives, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Tech savvy, comfortable with using or learning tools like Excel/ Google sheets, Clay, Zapier, cold email systems, etc.

 
Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with legal industry or other professional services.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing tactics.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound prospecting methods.
  • Experience with CRM tools, e.g., Pipedrive, Hubspot.

 

Your responsibilities:

Define and execute cross-selling processes across company’s offerings

  • Develop a systematic approach to identify and reach out to current clients who are customers for some services but may benefit from broader offerings.
  • Coordinate initial discovery calls or sales meetings, ensuring a smooth transition to subject matter experts or other team members for in-depth discussions.
  • Oversee follow-up and deal closure, providing clear visibility on progress and outcomes.

Define and execute processes for engaging past clients

  • Develop automated and manual touchpoints to remind past or inactive customers about additional services.
  • Implement tracking and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of re-engagement efforts.

Generate new leads across multiple service lines

  • Set up, oversee, and continuously improve cold email and other outbound campaigns.
  • Support marketing efforts around legal conferences, including preparing email campaigns and written collateral – brochures, etc.

Manage & coach sales team

  • Directly supervise a small team of sales representatives.
  • Set goals, track performance, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
