Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Manufacturer of precision medical devices for dental prophylaxis, orthopaedics and urology
The requirements are as follows:
– Business-to-business sales experience a definite must;
– Knowledge of marketing databases / CRM and lead management processes;
– Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Particularly effective when communicating by phone;
– Applicant should be organized and able to juggle multiple accounts, goals and
objectives;
– Able to think out of the box and creatively get the job done;
– Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals in a fast-paced environment;
– Ability to maintain a disciplined work ethic in a flexible virtual environment;
– Able to work independently and set priorities appropriately to achieve goals;
– Adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrating the highest level of
customer/client service and response;
– Exposure to a virtual, telecommuting environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred;
– Experience of working in a B2B sales & marketing role, preferably within
professional services or technology, would be an advantage;
– Strong computer skills required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook;
– Prior experience with contact management software and social media
platforms would be a plus;
– In Design and Adobe suite knowledge would be a plus;
– Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff;
– Must be creative and enjoy working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
that is mission-driven and results-oriented;
– A working knowledge of English is required, plus Bulgarian. Romanian language
knowledge would be a plus;
– Need to travel: Occasional

Your responsibilities will be the following:
– Use and develop CRM-based management and marketing activities;
– SDA/GBT-course coordination to ensure an appropriate logistics and reporting of
Courses;
– Monitor the GBT Certification program (new loyalty program of EMS), as soon as
implemented;
– Utilize business development and marketing channels to create multiple touch points
to a targeted audience;
– Conduct call and emails campaigns;
– Gather defined market intelligence;
– Nurture decision making and moves through the various stages of the lead cycle;
– Pre-qualify leads by collecting information based on EMS-defined criteria;
– Create needs assessment reports based on intelligence gathered and a history of outreach
