Event Organizing
We are recruiting Administrative Manager for one of our partners from the event organizing field.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree diploma, the specialization in the economic/ administrative field is a plus.
- 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.
- Organizing skills.
- Very good time management skills.
- Team work skills.
- Ability to adapt and achieve results.
- The ability to make the best decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements: follows the Cashflow, keeps the accounting records and makes available the statements requested by the management.
- Ensuring administrative support for all company departments.
- Representation of the company in the relationship with the institutions, Register of Commerce, Municipalities, etc.
- Preparation of contracts.
- Registration, filing, copying, scanning, transmission, archiving of the company documents.
- Management of the accounting documents, sending the documents to the accounting team.
- Stock management for stationery and protocol items: places orders, distributes them and keeps track of them.
- Maintaining the commercial relationship with customers and suppliers.
- Keeps correspondence: e-mail, courier, etc., sorts it carefully and distributes it in the company, to the right recipients.
- Prepares specialized reports for the administration activity.
- Identifying solutions to make the activity more efficient.
