We are recruiting Customer Experience Specialist for one of our partners in the the field of  IT software.

Requirements:

  • Work experience and knowledge of Zendesk or similar tools – a must have requirement.
  • Zendesk certification is an important plus.
  • Experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Good technical skills.
  • The ability to quickly learn new things.
  • Business analysis skills.
  • Project Management skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You manage the communication with the clients.
  • You understand the client’s business needs.
  • You carry out the onboarding of new customers who use Zendesk.
  • Organize and participate in meetings with clients.
  • Holding presentations for up to 10 participants.
  • Account management.
  • Project management.
  • Provide the necessary technical support to clients.
  • Identify the necessary solutions for the optimal functioning of Zendesk.
