We are recruiting Customer Experience Specialist for one of our partners in the the field of IT software.
Requirements:
- Work experience and knowledge of Zendesk or similar tools – a must have requirement.
- Zendesk certification is an important plus.
- Experience in customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Good technical skills.
- The ability to quickly learn new things.
- Business analysis skills.
- Project Management skills.
Responsibilities:
- You manage the communication with the clients.
- You understand the client’s business needs.
- You carry out the onboarding of new customers who use Zendesk.
- Organize and participate in meetings with clients.
- Holding presentations for up to 10 participants.
- Account management.
- Project management.
- Provide the necessary technical support to clients.
- Identify the necessary solutions for the optimal functioning of Zendesk.
